RAVISSANT PETIT BASTIDON PROVENCAL AVEC PISCINE ET JARDIN PRIVATIFS A LOURMARI

Perfectly located with an easy 5-10 minute (flat) walk to the most beautiful town in the Luberon region. The house was perfect for two people with kitchen, bbq, washing machine and large outside area with plenty of places to relax. The pool area was lovely.

We enjoyed very much our stay in the Bastidon. The accommodation was excellent, the garden very peaceful, and the swimming pool a great place to relax and spend our time. The Bastidon is just 5 minutes away from the center of Lourmarin (very nice village with a lot of restaurants and very nice surroundings) and in a strategic position to visit other villages in the Luberon area, as well as Aix-en-Provence and the seaside towns of Cassis and Marseille. Highly recommended! One week is not enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and well equipped house with lots of outdoor areas and a lovely pool. Very conveniently located to the charming village of Lourmarin - a delightful 10 minute stroll away. The house, pool, and terraces offer complete privacy.

Mas 2 Pins is a gorgeous house, nestled in nature (we had a red squirrel visit the garden most days) yet only a short (15 min) walk from the lovely village of Eygalieres. The house has everything you need for your stay, and the garden has several areas to rest and relax both in the sun and the shade - and of course there is the pool too, which was very welcoming in the 30 degree heat! Eygalieres itself is a very pretty village, with plenty of life about it without being busy - great restaurants, a cafe and boulangerie (of course) and even a small supermarket. Frederique is a wonderfully welcoming host and a great communicator - even letting me practise my very poor French with great patience. The property was everything promised when we booked it. Very quiet and peaceful; friendly neighbors, and easy walk to the town square for the Friday market or lunch at Cafe Gaby. Lourmarin is a family-friendly village with al the amenities and located close to other picturesque spots as well. Mdme Martine was a wonderful host! We hope to return again some day for another stay!

We just returned from a 2 week stay in Lourmarin. Despite temperatures ranging from 96 to 105 degrees we had a wonderful time. The home has everything you could desire. Extremely private, the grounds are impeccably landscaped with many separate areas to enjoy morning coffee and dinners al fresco. We spent many hours relaxing in the shade by the pool. Even when the temperatures soared there was often a refreshing breeze. The interior – comfortable for two – is outfitted with everything you need. The host Martine is very attentive and checks in regularly via Whats App to make certain you are content. A GEM!

Excellent property in great location, on quiet cul-de-sac and minutes from town. Very comfortable and well equipped house, with great garden and pool which we spent a lot of time in. Temperatures were higher than usual so the air con was a bonus. Very friendly and responsive host.

The property was lovely, just as described - we enjoyed every minute of our week. And Lourmarin itself is a great & friendly place. One quibble: the directions we received to the property from Vrbo were not exactly clear and we had to phone the property manager, Marie Christine, when we got close. She and her husband were extremely helpful and guided us in. Otherwise we had a perfect week in an idyllic part of the world. Recommended.
