😊: When you find ticks in the apartment, there can be nothing good. Cuando encuentras garrapatas en el apartamento, ya no puedes sacar ningún punto bueno.. 😢: We chose this apartment because its location fit perfectly with our plans. Unfortunately, upon arrival with all our belongings, we immediately started noticing bugs, first in the bathroom and then in every room of the apartment. They were TICKS! Which are dangerous parasites that feed on blood and can transmit serious diseases or even be fatal if not detected. Needless to say, it did not feel safe or sanitary to spend the night in the apartment. When we contacted the host, she did offer us another apartment for the night. However, the replacement was much smaller, far from the original location, in a very sketchy neighborhood, and completely uncomfortable for four people. We ended up wasting money and time on taxis between the original area and this faraway apartment. Because the new apartment was not suitable, we then had to find another last minute apartment. Obviously at a higher price and, on top of that, we had to spend part of our trip carrying our luggage around the city instead of enjoying our time. To make matters worse, the host charged us the price of the original apartment plus cleaning fees for the smaller one, as if it were our fault that the first apartment was uninhabitable. When I complained to the host about these charges, she tried to dismiss my concerns by saying that pest control had visited and what we identified as ticks were supposedly “spines” (whatever that means). I am more than capable of recognizing ticks, having had to remove several from my dog, and the ones we killed were visibly full of blood. The photos and videos I attached make it very clear what they were. What concerns me even more is that the pest control that she brought didn’t recognize them, I’m sorry but hard to believe. I’m so glad I gathered all the graphic evidence! This entire experience was extremely stressful, inconvenient, and costly. Guests deserve safe and clean accommodations, and having an apartment infested with ticks is unacceptable..

😊: The property manager sent us some very useful information and precise instructions, which left no room for confusions or problems referring to arrival, stay and departure. The parking space in front of the property was available free of charge. There were enough towels available and the apartment was very clean. The location is optimal - walking distance to the city centre, in a very quite street, close to supermarkets.. 😢: I am a bit spoiled when it comes to mattresses as I have some spine issues, but it seems that the mattress I got was a bit older one, with hard springs, which was not so generous to my back. My kids had zero problems and somebody else might not notice it neither..

😊: Clean, modern, apartment with very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Convenient quiet location with free parking on the streets nearby, no problem finding a space. Well equipped and great oven!.
