Renovated Apt with Balconies - Holiday/Congress

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Hautstraße, sehr zentral. Es ist also keine ruhige Lage - wer Ruhe sucht, sollte sich das also überlegen. Für uns war das ideal. Alles in Cannes war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr gut, keine lästige Parkplatzsuche. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Dusche ist groß und begehbar. Obwohl das Bad relativ klein ist. Wir würden es wieder nehmen.

Les plus de l'appartement sont : un très bon emplacement pour visiter le front de mer à pied, un appartement confortable, un parking (c'est un plus à Cannes), l'arrivée et le départ autonomes, la qualité des indications pour trouver le lieu et rejoindre l'appartement. Je rajouterais le soin apporté par Fabien à ses hôtes : lorsque nous sommes arrivés l'ascenseur était en panne et nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait quelques ustensiles en cuisine : Fabien à tout de suite appelé le syndicat pour pour vérifier quand l'ascenseur serait réparé (ce qui a été rapide) et il nous a fait parvenir les ustensiles très rapidement. L'appartement est à un carrefour mais les doubles vitrages font largement leur boulot. Bref, je recommande.

We arrived in Cannes after 2PM and needed a place to stay. Fabien was very responsive and within 5 minutes of our arrival we were checked in and in the apartment. Everything was clean and as advertised in the pictures. Fabien provides everything you can think of to make you feel you are at home. As for the place, it is strategically located within walking distance from the beach, restaurants and key city landmarks. Looking forward to returning there in the future.

What an amazing place. At the top of Old Town out of the hustle and bustle of Cannes waterfront yet only a short walk there. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, great neighbourhood, and lovely hosts who had clear communication and instructions of entry and exit of the apartment.

We had a great stay at Fabian’s apartment. It is very comfortable and well equipped, with everything you need. Beds very comfy too. Considering it’s facing over a busy road the noise was very minimal and didn’t bother us at all. Perfectly located if you want to be in Le Suquet and Fabian a very responsive host. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
