Renovated Catalan farmhouse, 2 minutes from the centre of Céret, not overlooked.

Great space to enable different groups to do their own thing. Fantastic pool, and kitchen. (Found electric gate a bit hard to use-but appreciated the secutiry for cars and motorbikes).

13 of us stayed - 11 to 70. We loved it. Pictures don't do it justice. Bigger than we expected. Well equipped with new big gas BBQ. They need to get someone to take some newer pro pics to really show it off. Wifi was fast and very good - best I've experienced in France. 4G strong reception on phones. TV new and massive and tech perfect for kids but they mainly spent time outside in the pool and garden. There was plenty kitchen kit. 2 fridges and a separate freezer. It's about 5 mins in a car from Céret. Beach is about 30 mins away. Mountains to the rear. We slept 6 adults and 7 kids easily.

Excellente location, emplacement parfait pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité. La maison est grande et bien équipée. On a passé un très bon moment !

Très beau gîte qui convient parfaitement aux grands groupes. Nous étions 15 sans être les uns sur les autres. Rien ne manquait pour 15 au niveau cuisine. Terrasse piscine et jardin très agréable !

Nosotros somos un grupo de 15 personas de todas las edades y una mascota. La casa es accesible para personas con mobilidad limitada, con baños a pie plano pero también con banera. Dispone de un espacio ajardinado que permite hacer deporte y jugar con la mascota. Chimenea casi innecesaria, porque la calefacción funciona perfectamente, no hemos pasado nada de frío a pesar de hacer temporal de frío y viento. Comedor grande, cocina amplia, vistas bonitas, rincones con detalles... Como resumen hemos estado muy bien. Nos vamos con ganas de más. Merci Helen, Merci Frank.

A spacious villa with a large (slightly rum down) terrace , a great swimming pool, a big (but dry) garden, a well equipped kitchen with enough space (including 2 fridges) and some extras like a table tennis table and a bbq. The dishwasher had a few broken wheels upon arrival and there were some electrical issues with the WiFi but this was solved soon after. Not the newest place, but definitely a pleasant home for a relaxed holiday with family and friends.

As a group of friends we rode our motorbikes down on holiday from the UK and were very impressed with the layout and standard of the property. Security was addressed by an electronic gate and plenty parking for all 12 of us. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, the cooking and eating was easily catered for with outside furniture, as well as a large indoor dining table and superb galley kitchen. All mod cons were included, including Netflix and internet to cater for the odd rainy day. The pool was a little chilly, it was October after all, but with Ceret on our doorstep and a beautiful region to explore we had much to do. Would definitely recommend this property and owner for groups of friends and families.
