Renovated house - 90 m² - 6/8 people - close to beaches and shops

A great property in a lovely seaside town. Close to centre and bars and restaurants and beaches but also quiet. The house itself is nicely decorated and all amenities are available. Overall a wonderful place for a break.

The house is situated near the City of Binic, nevertheless it's not noisy. Shops, Restaurants, beach is about 5 minutes by feet. It has great comfort: the kitchen is well-fitted, for the children you got a play-Station, table Billard, Monopoly etc. Furnishing and decor is well done, it's bright and cleanly. The Service of our renter was good, bedding and towels are nice. Even the wheather was fine, so we were very satisfied. We would like to come back.

My husband and I, and our two children spent a wonderful two weeks here. The house is very nicely appointed and has everything you need - lots of dishes, glasses etc and good washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Lots of nice pictures and nick nacks makes it very homely and not your standard holiday rental. Nice little patio area off the dining area and a wonderful terraced garden accessed from the first floor. The garden is south facing so it is a great place to relax in the sun. House was very clean and the towels and bed linen we hired were of high quality. Owners were lovely and were flexible with our lateish arrival and then our early departure on the Saturday morning. Location is excellent - nice quite one way street and only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants and then a little further to the wonderful beach. Parking is on-street outside the house and we never had any issues getting parked. Binic is a lovely town with lots of restaurants, lovely beaches and great market on a Thursday morning (and a very good ice cream shop!). Great base to explore northern Brittany. Had lovely days out at Zooparc de Tregomeur, Île-de-Bréhat, Dinan, Saint Malo and Le Village Gaulois. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
