😊: View from apartment, infinity swimming pool, private garage, location.. 😢: No vacuum cleaner available in the apartment for cleaning. No dishcloths. Check-in time is 5 pm. If you have been travelling for some hours, it would be very nice if you're allowed to use the pool while waiting for apartment to be ready at 5 pm. Instead of being sent away and you have to go into the busy town where you can't even find parking. I think this would be a nice gesture as you have paid for the day actually of checking in..
