😊: Location and a dishwasher were the only great things concerning the apartment.. 😢: The apartment was not properly cleaned, the pieces of furniture and some of the equipment was damaged or malfunctioning (such as one of the heaters in the apartment). The balcony looked terrible when we entered the apartment and one of us fell on the floor while lying on the sunbed because it was not in safe condition. Overall we had a very bad experience with customer support that was rude in their replies and to the present day they didn't solve our demand concerning a compensation for a bad condition of the apartment..
