Residence Lagrange Vacances Les Mazets de Gaujac

I cosy house in a lovely surrounding. Has a shared pool and there is a restaurant with good food (not run by the hotel) next to the pool as well. Lovely staff at the reception, but a bit confusing to get calls if we could check in in the morning when hotels.com says after 17. Surprisingly cleaning was not included. As this was not clearly written on hotels.com we are giving the low grade - else a decent place and good value for money!

Three stars have nothing to do with this place. Dry dead insects in the bathtub and floors was a poor welcome. No supplies whatsoever, absolutely none, - no toilet paper, no washup soap, no tissues to clean with... You need to buy this all, or bring along all stuff with you. The village itself is quiet and charming, but far away from all sights of interest. Positives: the pool was good, nice restaurant by the pool with friendly staff and tasty local snacks.

Stayed there off season it was really great. High season prices are very high. Room (stated for 4 persons) was really small. But once again, good place to stay.

Very nice place, quiet and friendly. Have to go there again in summer time to enjoy the swimming pool. Near most things to visit in the region. Kitchen contains everything (and more) that is needed.

Fantastically placed for our touring needs. Lovely rural village, reasonable walk to Oppidum. Small local markets. Masses of local vinyards. Easy drives to cultural centres - Pont du Gard, Nimes, Orange, Beax du Provence not forgetting La ferme aux crocodiles in Pierrelatte - the kids loved it. Accomadation very comfortable, in a very nice, reasonably priced, well equiped complex. Lovely swimming pool but too cold during Easter hols, childrens play area great. A returnable deposit required at check-in against breakages and cleaning charge if further cleaning of accommodation is deemed necessary at the end of stay ! Further charges for linen hire - we took our own. Staff very friendly and helpful.
