😊: -. 😢: The communication with the landlord is a disaster. The communication with a so-called concierge service is a disaster. They forward information which one need to speculate what it might be. Trying to figure out details led to more misinformation. During my stay a plastic toilette flash button just popped out - just by using it. When I informed the so-called concierge service and asking how I should use the toilette they were so dare to answer ‚I don’t know‘. And last but not least they claim the apartment wasn’t clean when we left. A story made up just to keep the caution..
