Appartement au top, mais sur...<br>#128578; Bien situé proche du centre-ville, parking privé, bel appartement de charme, spacieux et très bien équipé et meublé, très belle terrasse. Très bien !<br>#128577; Dommage que ce logement soit situé sur un boulevard très passant, même une partie de la nuit, ce qui interdit de laisser les fenêtres de la chambre ou du salon ouvertes alors que c'est l'été... Heureusement la terrasse sur la petite rue est plus protégée et il y a une climatisation, mais tous n'apprécient pas de devoir s'enfermer alors que la température était tout à fait agréable à l'extérieur le soir et la nuit en cette fin du mois d'août. The apartment is spacious, bright and extremely comfortable. Kitchen and living room offer more in cupboards and drawers than we have ever seen before. Everything you could ever ask for is there - and more! The location very close to the center of town, the huge terrace in the back and the private parking behind safe (remote controlled) fences also are important benefits. The noisy rue Victor Hugo is no problem at all as long as you keep the windows and doors on the front side shut: they are all extremely well isolated. Isabella took care of a friendly reception and an immediate solution when wifi would not come on. And of course she is the one behind the incredible cleanliness of this place! We recommend Perigueux and the surrounding area with all it's lovely towns and villages, as well as endless walking opportunities, as one of the most attractive destinations in SW France. The center of town has an extensive pedestrian area with lot's of interesting restaurants spreading over the squares and sidewalks and the saturday market is a delight. Go for this apartment as the perfect place to stay!

This apartment was perfect! We had a very good experience working with Barbara, who was very attentive and gave us lots of helpful information before our arrival. Our local contact was Isabelle, who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from the Perigueux medieval town center and its markets and cafes, yet is also very close to major supermarkets and other shopping. The secured private parking place was a wonderful bonus! The apartment is located in an attractive historic building and has many beautiful architectural touches (original wood floors, high ceilings, crown molding) but has been fully modernized. The property has a very large private terrace, adjacent to a nice kitchen that was fully functional and stocked with all cookware and appliances. The apartment was fully air-conditioned but we did not need to use this, as we simply opened the large French doors & windows and enjoyed wonderful ventilation throughout the property. Even though one of the adjacent streets was busy, the double glazed windows kept the apartment very quiet. We really could not have found a more perfect place! I would highly recommend this apartment! Thanks to Barbara and Isabelle for helping us to enjoy our trip!

Lovely apartment situated in the heart of Perigeuex. Clean comfortable with more than adequate amenities. Great patio area for eating and supping wine in the warm and balmy evenings. Apartment can not be faulted. Close to shops and restaurants and a perfect base for visiting the many sites and attractions in the Dordogne. Was able to park my car in safe and secure area behind remote controlled gates. Thoroughly recommended.
