Great location offering secure underground car parking. Efficient, friendly reception staff with smooth check in. Rooms quite large and really clean with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. All in all a great overnight stay.

Arrived on the Friday, check in very easy. Room ideal for a sole traveller - the room I had overlooked the ASM training ground. Kitchen easy to use, once you work out that the hob takes a while to switch off and cool properly. Room was the right temperature. Canal + is one of the TV channels that's encrypted most of the time. You need to empty the bin before you leave in the bins downstairs, so if staying for longer than a weekend it may be worth taking some rubbish down each day.

Receptionist was very helpful and the accommodation excellent value for money. Very useful being able to park in the underground car park giving you access to your vehicle in poor weather via the hotel lift. The kitchen equipment was very good and although the rooms are not spacious they are more than adequate. Beds were comfortable. Getting into the city would be very easy using the tram which stops directly outside the front of the hotel.

Beds are not comfortable & sag into the middle. Budget accommadation in Clermont to visit the Auvergne countryside, basic facilities & able to cook light meals with the basic cooking facilities, bakeries nearby & small supermarket with essentials. Car parking an asset when football matches on at local stadium. Clermont traffic slow to negotiate through. Ok for a short stay.linen only changed weekly but able to use a share washing machine in the building for a fee.

Enjoyed our stay & liked being able to use the cheap public transport close by to visit all the sites. All staff were very friendly and eager to please. An ideal spot for those who like a quiet hotel 30 minutes walk from the city centre.

Rooms are spacious with a tv and brilliant kitchen facilities (hob, plates, mugs, kettle etc). Room had a safe and heaters/fans. Bathroom was especially lovely and looked very modern! If you need to visit Clermont centre use the tram system which is far quicker than walking and very easy to use. I don't know how this hotel is only a 3 star, very good value for money.

The hotel was convenient for the tram - a stop right outside - and wasn't noisy for the noghts we were there. It's also very close to the Stade Marcel Michelin rugby ground which suited us. We didn't make use of the self catering facilities but there was a microwave, electric hob and plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen area of our room which was separated off from the bedroom. Our only problem over the short stay was that one of our access cards to the hotel didn't work - check it beforehand if you intend coming back after reception has closed and / or get the code to the keypad.

Clean, quite and comfortable. Parking below hotel (8€) secure and lift straight to room. McDonalds and Subway only eats within easy walking.
