A great place to stay.<br>#128578; Excellent place to stay if you are cycling. You store the bikes downstairs in a locked car park area. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s easy to catch the bus into the centre. You are right near where the canal du midi begins .

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Appart'hôtel très propre et accueil chaleureux. Habituellement je fuis les chaînes hôtelières pour leur côté impersonnel. Ici j'ai été agréablement surprise par l'ensemble de la qualité de la prestation. Propreté, espace, petit-déjeuner et rapport qualité prix. Merci.

El mejor aparthotel que he conocido! Comodisimo, amplio, excelente equipamiento. No está ubicado en el centro, pero con buen transporte publico

Would highly recommend this Residhotel. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc. The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful. The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works. There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel which is very handy and the old town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking is €12 per day, it’s secure, spacious and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very close to the motorway so easy to reach without having to drive through Toulouse. It’s surrounded by some busy roads so there’s a lot of traffic ( although it’s quiet at night) but this didn’t bother us at all. If we return to Toulouse we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Room was a good size, with a balcony. Kitchenette was useable.
