😊: The room was impeccable, well equipped, with a wonderful rear view of the mountains, very quiet, the bed very comfortable, hot water, wardrobe, coffee maker, in short, everything you need to feel at home. We have no complaints. Very well connected, close to the sanctuary, on foot or by bus, train station and bus stop a few steps away with access to all bus lines including to the airport. Easy check-in and check-out. Directions before arriving clear and on time.

😊: Property was clean hot water always available.. 😢: The host Mathis very rude person and not helpful. I booked because there was AIR CONDITIONING in the property. We had air conditioning on the first day of arrival then was cut off for the rest of our stay. We called him he was not responding when he did it was to tell us that council has maintenance issues with the place (which was a lie, nothing to do with it). Then he told us by mid October it get cut off, so if we are hot we should open the window, well we were there on the 19th. During the day it was ok but we were swaiting at night like pigs. He never showed up, I asked about the lenen before leaving the UK, He never answered but when we got there he told us lenen could not be changed so we stayed with dirty lenen for 8 days😣. MATHIS is a very bad and not friendly at all. I will show rude messages he sent to us. 😡😡😡.
