😊: The positives first: the apartment is new and well kept; the location conveniently central.. 😢: Now, to the negatives: 1. the apartment is on the first floor after a long flight of stairs; this is vaguely reported in the fine prints of the booking.com page. What is ΝΟΤ reported is that the bedroom is located on top of a mezzanine with very narrow and steep wooden stairs. This makes it tot unviable for people with even little mobility problems; this should be highlighted very clearly and it is NOT. 2. The kitchen is sparsely equipped without any complimentary tokens (no sugar, no kitchen paper, etc). We had to buy everything. 3. The bed on the mezzanine is a French bed (of course) so small that it can bare only contain two people of moderate size; on the mezzanine the ceiling is so low that you can only walk on your knees (I learned that after hitting hard my head on the ceiling when getting up...). 4. The landlord didn't think of switching on the heating a few hours before check in, so when we entered the apartment was freezing cold (we had to keep on our coats all evening) and it took more than 12 hours to bring it to a decent temperature.
