😊: close to the tram station and also close to supermarkets and restaurants, great. Everything was well organized and everything you needed was available.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The apartment was very bright and inviting. The balcony was huge, and the fact that it had a washing machine was a huge plus. I also thought the layout was okay. There were three of us, so it was fine. However, I couldn't imagine it being four. The tram stop is also just around the corner, so you can get to the city center very quickly. There are also several supermarkets.The area is very quiet, and you can't hear a sound day or night. The fact that the bathroom was accessed via the connecting room didn't bother us.. 😢: When we arrived, we saw that the air conditioner was dripping heavily, and had apparently been doing so all day. It was dripping directly onto the television, forming a puddle underneath. Under these conditions, we couldn't use the television. We also had a massive infestation of ants in the kitchen. A cup of tea tree oil helped, but they didn't completely disappear. We informed the landlady about the situation, and she quickly responded that she could send someone over. Another small drawback is that there are no closets to empty your suitcase. So, we lived out of our suitcase for 10 days, which was constantly in the way..
