Romantic getaway with jacuzzi, Garden view

😊: The location. 😢: We were quite disappointed with our stay in Mulhouse. Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly clean when we arrived, which immediately affected our overall impression of the place. We contacted the host about the cleanliness, and to his credit, he did offer either to come back and clean the apartment again or to give us a complimentary late check-out. We appreciated that he tried to offer a solution, but of course we would have preferred to arrive at a properly cleaned apartment in the first place. Another major issue was the pillows. They were incredibly thin and poor quality, to the point that while lying awake at night unable to get comfortable, I genuinely found myself wondering who had thought these would be suitable pillows for an Airbnb. A decent mattress and pillows are such basic parts of providing comfortable accommodation, and unfortunately the pillows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations. The host was responsive when we raised the cleanliness issue, which we appreciated, but better cleaning standards and proper, comfortable pillows would make a significant difference..

😊: The proximity to the city but very quiet . Very nice clean apartment , jacuzzi was A+. 😢: The deposit should’ve been mentioned , a bit tricky way ! Réservation done then deposit obliged to receive the following info’s on entrance code etc!.
