Fabuleux<br>#128578; Les parties communes et l'appartement sont propres, calme. L'appartement est clair , fonctionnel, bien équipé. Si on a l'occasion de revenir à Rouen, on reprendrait cette appartement avec plaisir et même le recommandé à des amis Grande surface pas loin , on peut si rendre à pied.<br>#128577; Le seule bémol, c'est pour stationner. Pas facile de sortir les bagages de la voiture.

Très bien<br>#128578; Logement très grand et lumineux, bien situé car très proche de l'hypercentre et à proximité direct d'un grand Intermarché (1 min à pied au bout de la rue), c'est très appréciable. Maxime, l'hôte, est vraiment très sympathique, répond à nos interrogations et reste joignable à tout moment.<br>#128577; La cuisine manque de certains accessoires et denrées de base, et les oreillers mériteraient d'être remplacés.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Wohnung war komplett mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden und auch sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Parkplatz haben wir auch jederzeit gefunden. Supermarkt ist keine 100 m entfernt. Nice, quiet, tidy, clean place...<br>#128578; The flexibility of the owner was very useful upon our late arrival regarding transfering the keys. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and also very big, plenty of space for the whole family. The area is calm and quiet, but there are stores close by in case of you need some groceries. The historical downtown is also pretty close. Everything was as it is promoted.<br>#128577; Although the parking is free in the neighborhood, finding a free spot near by is not easy. If you don't mind to walk few streets to your car, it is not a big deal.
