Rodent Infestation: Around 4:00 AM, I was woken by a mouse inside the studio. I documented the damage and a possible entry hole with photos. Safety Risk: At 6:00 AM, I saw a homeless man outside the window, coughing and lingering next to the wondos. That night, he returned and slept behind the window, coughing and spitting. The adjacent building appeared abandoned, adding to the sense of insecurity. Lack of Response: Despite repeated messages, the host only replied once with “I'll see what I can do.” No solution was offered. I also reported the situation to Booking.com multiple times with photos and detailed explanations, but received no assistance. I requested cancellation and reimbursement. Departure: Due to the rodent presence, lack of privacy, and safety concerns, I vacated the property early in the morning. I left the keys in the designated box and informed both the host and Booking.com. I also placed the mouse-bitten bag in the kitchen.
