😢: The apartment itself was new, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and once we managed to get inside, the stay was pleasant overall. However, the check-in experience was quite frustrating and negatively affected our impression. The keys and the apartment were located in two different places, and finding the apartment was actually harder than finding the keys. The building had two entrances, but the directions sent us to the wrong one. At 11 p.m., with two children, we ended up trying to open the wrong door, disturbing someone else's home. Unfortunately, the address information provided had no building or apartment number, which made everything feel like a puzzle. Communication was also a challenge, as the host’s English was limited, and we had difficulty getting clear instructions.
