😊: The property is very clean, very comfortable, furnished beautifully. Very nice and spacious shower. Also we really appreciated the safe private parking. We were a bit surprised at first because we thought the building was at the top of the cafe we can see on one of the pictures. In fact the studio is not in the pedestrian street of Rodez but it is still very calm and quite close to the old center of the town. (About 4min by car) Many thanks Fabrice. 😢: The hall and staircase of the building wasn’t very clean and needs a bit of doing up!.

😊: The location, the layout, the design and the access were all excellent. The level of customer service was also of a very high standard.. 😢: There was a lot of noise from neighbouring appartments late in the night and then again first thing in the morning which dampened our otherwise great stay..

😊: Compact apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.. 😢: 1. No dishwasher as offered. 2. No oven as offered. 3. No towels provided. 4. No shower gel. 5. Previous visitor’s rubbish not removed. 6. Musty smell in the apartment..

😊: It was nice room, with a nice kitchen.. 😢: It did not seem like the bedsheets were clean, and i'm pretty sure it had not been changed..
