SADE - central, charming, for 6

😢: Unpunctual…had to call several times/left note on the machine…nobody answered…send email to get the key….its an absolute’no-go’ to let the people wait… Very noisy ‘ cause “Absinth”-bar in the ground floor (without a door !!!)…impossible to have the windows open during the night …party going on every night (7/7) till the morning comes… Traffic reduces zone in village center…means entering with car is only possible between 6 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. if you wan’t to deliver luggage/bikes etc. Impossible to drive your car in front of the house…hundreds of meters to walk. Apartment on 3rd floor accessable only via a very narrow & dangerous spiral staircase (~60 steps); very hard to climb up with a suitcase in your hand…No room for bicycles (racer/MTB) to lock up. Every morning at 6 a.m the marketeers are setting up the market…lots of noise (cars, trolleys, rumor)… All in all it absolutely not to recommend for people looking for quiet an relaxing holidays ☹️.

😊: The property is very well located. It's a short walk from the town centre and situated close to the market and also to a very festive sing-along pub. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.. 😢: I liked everything about the room. There is a long spiral stairway to get to the room. This was not an issue at all though..

😊: Location, size, comfort, facilities, nice and cool, good communication. 😢: Access up the stairs but this type of apartment in old town is to be expected. So not really a complaint.

😊: The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Antibes old town, and opposite the market. The house is great, traditional feel with great space. Super clean and homely.. 😢: Just to mention the head height of the bedrooms upstairs is low, but not a huge deal as we didn’t spend much time in them. Would have loved earlier check-in and later check out, but didn’t get a response on this request..

Lovely stay, cute flat, great...<br>#128578; Really nice quaint apartment, right in the centre of Antibes, next to the market and near the beach. It's a cute apartment, homely and well equipped with everything you would need. We were only here 2 nights but easily could stay longer. The town is lovely and has lots to do as well.<br>#128577; I didn't mind the stairs or entrance but some people might find the stair hard to get up/down (e.g. with small children or with disabilities). Although the instructions were excellent, it was still a little confusing because the apartment is located (3 floors) above a bar and you share the lower door with the bar. Not a problem - no noise/disturbance but it was a little confusing on arrival as it was unusual for me.
