Saint Andre Des Eaux: House / Villa - Saint andre des eaux

Five bedrooms meant 4 children each got their own room on holiday for the first time!! Well equipped property with kids pool toys also and a ping pong table. Owner met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. Communication was great and we arranged a time for him to come back prior to leaving so he could check over everything. House well located 5 mins from local village which has bakers, restaurants, bars and a small grocery shop. It's a 15 min drive into La Baule. Would recommend and looking to go back!

This lovely, well presented house in Saint Andre Des Eaux is perfect for a relaxing family holiday - big enough to accommodate an extended family without feeling on top of each other. Monsieur and Madame De Lacour were very welcoming and kindly led us on a mad dash on our arrival to find a supermarket that hadn't closed. The area is quiet with good walks - the village being close enough to build up an appetite during the walk to collect the croissants! Beaches are only a few kilometres away and the one at Pornichet is very safe for little children. Maybe our grandchildren were a bit too young for the property at 3 and 18 months but if yours can swim and their heads aren't at the same height as the lovely glass tables, then the house will be a perfect base! We wouldn't hesitate to go back when the girls are a little older.

This house is fantastic, there is so much space in both the house and the garden. The house was lovely and clean and the owner was very helpful when we had a problem with one of the windows blinds. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. We have stayed in quite a few houses across France and this is one of the best ones. It is in a quiet location backing onto a golf course. A car is needed but there are many good places to visit within 20 mins drive. It is a 1 mile walk along off road cycle paths to small village with a couple of nice restaurants, a bar, bakeries and small supermarket. Note that there was only one working bike when we stayed. I would highly recommend this house.
