😢: The low rating isn't so much due to the quality of the property—the apartment was in good condition—but to the owners' disastrous behavior. Our arrival (two adults and two children) was disrupted by a fire and a highway closure. The host refused to reschedule our reservation—which, of course, was his right—but through no fault of ours, we arrived very late at night. We found only one bed ready in the apartment, but the sofa in the living room had no bedding—the host didn't answer the phone or provide any information about where to find it. The entire correspondence seems as if the host was hoping we wouldn't arrive so they could charge us for nothing. The matter has been reported to Booking.com. I'm very disappointed..

😊: The accommodation is located in a pleasant and quiet location, balcony with great view, the interior was clean and tastefully decorated, very nice apartment, new equipment, fully equipped kitchen, internet, close to the sea, which we certainly appreciate.. 😢: Unfortunately, some information in the accommodation description did not correspond to reality. According to Google Maps, the distance to the sea was 200 meters, not 50 meters, as stated in the main title. Instead of two bedrooms, only one was available, the sofabed was in the living room, which disrupted our expectations and plans. The text should say 1 bedroom, since the living room is not a bedroom. There was a VERY lack of nets on the windows, which, combined with the abundance of mosquitoes, was very unpleasant, especially at night, we counted at least 50 mosquitoes (not exaggerating) and it bothered us all night and for several days after. We would also have welcomed air conditioning - on hot days the room was significantly overheated, we had to keep the windows open and without a mosquito net it was very bad. Also the add states 30€ for cleaning, and the host wanted us to take out all the garbage and collect the sheets on check out. We believe that these comments will help improve services in the future..
