😊: Relatively clean, came equipped with good machines (washing machine, dryer and ac) The inside of the property looks modern.. 😢: Firstly, the entire building was under renovation, which led to a lot of dust and poor air quality within the building. As a result of this, the walls and doors were duct taped, which led to us not being able to find the house number and having to ask a resident for assistance. Secondly, the builders were up very early, which could disrupt people’s sleep. They also used the only elevator in the process, leading to us having to walk 5 floors up and down the stairs after we took out the trash. Inside the property, the smell was initially acceptable, until we turned on the washing machine. A nasty sewer smell flooded the corridor, leaving us no choice but to close the door to the living room. This smell also spread from the toilet, which could be a result of poor sewage pipes. Finally, we stayed for 3 nights, but there were only 2 garbage bags provided, which was not enough for our stay, which resulted in us having to use our own plastic bags instead, as we raised this concern to the host, Emma, who straight up told us to buy our own and that every guest, no matter how long their stay is, would be provided with two garbage bags..

😊: Perfect location, very close to the beach and the train station.. 😢: The train passes nearby every now and then but it wasn’t too annoying and we were out most of the day.

😊: Very well located - Very close to the beach , shops and restaurants. Easy to get to bus / train stations . Safe . Emma is super helpful! Highly recommended!. 😢: Check in times - make sure to arrive within the window ...
