😊: The pizzeria around the corner was nice and the owner was lovely. The zenpark opposite the place was a good found (on our own).. 😢: - Appalling support. Did email 3 times asking for a baby cot. We were asked to renew our request on the day, which we did, but no cot was available on arrival. When we phoned we were told that the request had to be made on the app before 12 and no help was offered. We had to spend the night without with a 4months old baby. Shocking! - "free parking" is actually on the street, the area is not the nicest. So having a clearly identifiable tourist car, we ended up booking a private parking opposite the flat (zenpark). Again, I did question the host about it, and that was never indicated as a safe option. - the commons were dirty, even though not the host's fault. - no personal hygiene products - bad sofa bed - although a coffee machine is on site, the coffee option is bad coffee sachets.
