Sainte Victoire : Propriété 325 M² avec Pool House qui s'étend sur 5 ha boisé

We spent 2 weeks at the property and we found it extremely peaceful and relaxing. You can hear cicadas/crickets all day which is lovely (never see them though so no worries, those of you afraid of insects). At night there is an absolute silence. The property is gated and secure, and the house is very clean and extremely well equipped with modern appliances and lighting system (sometimes too modern to figure out). Overall, we felt very comfortable. The pool is a dream - large, deep (up to 2.5 m) and the best of it - with a handy pool house fully equipped with a fridge, ice maker, freezer and a bathroom. One important point to mention that didn't bother us, but it could be an issue for some. The owner of the property lives next door and sometimes came over to use a washing machine in the wash room (with a back door), the fridge in the pool house or to water the plants. He was absolutely private and quiet, used times when we weren't around or early mornings, so we never felt observed; but we did have a couple of unexpected and funny encounters. It is not possible to use the wooded area around the house for walks as it's on the hill, without any hiking trails. We were a bit disappointed as we wanted to go for short walks with our dog.

Réception sympathique de l'hôte au petit soins. Les prestations sont de bonne qualité, l'environnement boisé et calme est très appréciable. Le pool house avec sa cuisine est très bien équipé. Tout était parfait, proche d'Aix en Provence et du golf Château d'Arc à Fuveau, face à la Sainte Victoire est un incontournable.
