Sant Amanza Bonifacio: luxueuse maison d'architecte

La propriété était vraiment très agréable à vivre. Elle est magnifiquement conçue. A la fois esthétique et très pratique avec tout le confort intérieur et extérieur :) Je la recommande sans problème!!

We had a wonderful time in Yves' property ! The house is very well designed and decorated, with a lovely central living space, an amazing parental en-suite and two further bedrooms. The outside space is beautiful as well, with a lush flowery garden, and a large pool. We loved the area, with close small and lovely beaches and larger ones a short drive away. Bonifacio is also a very easy reach in 10mn, and a beautiful city to visit. Yves has been an amazing host, providing us with a lot of information ahead of our stay, and making sure we had all we needed when we arrived. Thank you again, we'll be sure to come back !

We stayed at Sant Amanza for a week in early September - 2 toddlers who were in charge of everything, Mum, Dad and grand-parents. The house was ideal with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom for Mum, Dad and the kids at one end of the house, a large living room / kitchen in the middle and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the grand-parents at the other side of the house. The house opened up through several doors at the back onto a lovely patio area with an inbuilt BBQ and fantastic views over the countryside, down to the bay and Maora Beach. Steps led down to the pool, which was enjoyed by all of us every day, as was the roof terrace, from which the views were even more impressive, especially in the evening as the sun went down.. We were met on arrival by Valerie, who was very friendly and was available for any queries we had during our stay - as was the owner, Yves, who was very easy to deal with, and answered all our pre trip questions quickly and supplied all the information about the house and the area. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, is well furnished, has comfortable beds, good Wifi and a wash room. The only negative we had was the mosquitoes which were quite active at night and we suffered on the first night when we hadn't prepared for them! The house is a 10 minute drive from Bonifacio, where there is a choice of shops and plenty to see and do. We had a day trip to Porto Vecchio, but having experienced the fun of trying to get into the town and find a parking spot there, we all agreed that we were glad we were staying near Bonifacio! The boat trip to see the coast line and caves from Bonifacio is also a must for the first timer. All in all, a lovely house to use as a base for a visit to this lovely part of southern Corsica.

Cette maison est parfaite pour passer des congés reposants et paisibles en famille. 3 chambres, 6 couchages dans une maison bien tenue et entretenue. L'équipement est complet et de grande qualité (ce qui change du Ikea omniprésent par ailleurs ...). Un grand frigo + un d'appoint, four discret, machine à laver le ligne et la vaisselle, etc. Tout y est. Le cadre est magnifique. Belles vues sur mer montagne avec terrasses très agréables pour les repas et apéritifs. Maison nichée dans le maquis et un jardin méditerranéen soigné. Une belle piscine entretenue tout les samedi. Beaucoup de calme même avec des voisins assez proches mais invisibles dans le maquis. Amateurs de navigation, vous disposez en bas d'un loueur sympathique avec des bateaux en très bon état. Le propriétaire a été charmant, réactif et disponible lorsque nous avons eu une panne internet sans gravité. Bref, rien à redire sauf la présence trop amicale des guêpes ... Mais là, personne n'y peut rien ... Nous reviendrons surement.

Très jolie villa très agréable sur plusieurs niveaux ce qui lui donne un charme supplémentaire avec une vue magnifique une jolie piscine et une décoration parfaite avec des matériaux d'excellente facture et un agencement très fonctionnel. Possibilité de louer un semi rigide à 2 pas sur le golfe de Santa Manza ou de rejoindre Cala Longa à travers le maquis sur la côte est avec vues époustouflantes sur le sommet de la crête vers la Corse ou les Iles sardes. A recommander absolument.

This was the perfect, elegant and relaxing getaway in Corsica for our family. Close to Bonifacio but in a beautiful country setting overlooking the Gulf of Sant Amanza. The house and grounds were even better than what we expected from the photos. Everything worked, the pool was perfect, and it the sunsets incredible. There are many inviting spots among the beautifully landscaped grounds for relaxation with a glass of wine, reading a book, or enjoying the pool.

Bonjour De retour à Bordeaux quelques mots pour vous exprimer toute notre joie d avoir passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans votre maison. BONIFACCIO c est une pépite. Le presque hasard ..nous a situé à proximité du golf de Sperone qui bénéficie d un point de vue incroyable sur les îles Lavezzi. Nous avons mis à contribution votre BBQ en découvrant la saveur des pêches locales ,Denti et Chapon par ex. Votre villa nous a enchanté et que dire du tableau proposé le soir au Coucher de soleil sur la terrasse supérieure !!! Merci encore pour la piscine chauffee ! nous avons passé deux semaines de reve dans cette très agréable maison, très fonctionnelle. Le cadre est idyllique avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le "Capu Biancu". Tout a été pensé dans le moindre détail que ce soit des bais vitrées aux salles de bains. La situation est idéale entre Bonifaccio Porto Vecchio, parfait pour rayonner dans la région et profiter de ces magnifiques plages.
