😊: Location is fantastic. It is right at the beach. There are restaurants nearby too.. 😢: The place is out of control. There is no such thing as "quiet hours", you are lucky if you get any sleep. Loud talks and doors banging all night. At 1am somebody started cooking meat. I used my ear-plugs. It didn't help, because at 2.30am a washing machine was spinning. I was there only one day, but a lady from downstairs said that my floor has a loud party every day, sometimes until 7am. The place is badly planned and poorly maintained. The shower door does not have a lock and is half-transparent. The room doors are barely lockable and leave a gap big enough to see everything inside. There is hardly any privacy. Both kitchen and shower are next to the rooms, so if anybody uses them at night, nobody gets to sleep. I tried to use internet, but I couldn't get even 1mb/s. Free parking had enough room for one car and one motorcycle, but that's it. With two cars, one would be blocked. It was hot weather and the room was hotter than they outside, as there was nothing to make it cooler. Not even a fan. Nothing. Sauna was not necessary - the room was the sauna. It was not worth the price. But impossibility to sleep on account of wild neighbours was just brutal. The experience was so bad, that I should demand my money back. It was painfully obvious what sort of guest my neighbours were from the beginning, it was enough to just look at them or say "hello". They didn't every try to hide it, that they don't care about other people at all. And from what I heard they kept running it like that for days. No quiet hours at all. If a guest seriously misbehaves (running a washing mashine next to other people's room at 2.30am) the guest should be banned for years from booking anything. But if the host lets such people continue it for days, it is the host's fault. You might be lucky, who knows. I wasn't..
