😊: Excellent location. Large windows and very spacious. The communications for access to the building were clear with photos. 😢: First, a security deposit was demanded a few hours before our arrival while we were in transit without internet. Very stressful. A deposit is fine but it should be included in the booking.com information. Long list of deficiencies. Sheets were not clean ie had been obviously used by other travellers and NOT laundered. Pillows the worst we have encountered. Bathroom: tiny shower with mould in corners, i burnt myself 2x on the hot water inlet pipe. You had to step up/down to shower and risked slipping. Toilet pan not firmly installed,. No shower gel/soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper nearly empty (lasted 1.5 days) Kitchen teatowel filthy. Surfaces dusty eg put blue bag on ledge in kitchen which had to be wiped down as it was covered in dust. Various lights not working (eg above basin,). Perhaps beyond their control: lift was out of order for 2 days and staircase light bulbs for 2 floors not working - 40 steps in the dark. You had to use the mobile torch to see. It was also very dirty. Residents were used to the lift being out of order so I'd assume the owners of the apartment would know as well. I would recommend Booking.com remove this venue from their offerings..

😊: The only positive aspect of this stay was the location of the apartment and the convenience of having a free parking spot right next to it.. 😢: The check-in process was terrible. The host was completely unresponsive, and the keys were not available when we arrived. On top of that, the access code we received was incorrect, which made the situation even more frustrating. The apartment itself has potential, but it is in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa is broken and worn out—its fake leather peels off as soon as you sit on it. There was also no light in the bedroom, so we had to relocate a lamp from the living room just to have basic lighting. Cleanliness was another major issue. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned, and we suspected that the bed sheets were not fresh. What confirmed our concerns was what we saw at checkout: we happened to cross paths with the cleaning staff and stayed outside for a moment since we still had our car. When he left, we were shocked to see that he kept the same bed sheets we had used for three nights and prepared the bed for the next guest without changing them. This was extremely disappointing and raises serious hygiene concerns. I would not stay here again..
