😊: Self checkin, location. 😢: Smell, not super clean and shower broken. Slightly too high price for the value.

😊: Nothing. 😢: It was an embarrassing situation for my wife and me; we found the apartment dirty, with hair on the table, old windows, a broken TV, insects and cockroaches. An apartment was different from that one ad. We paid for 3 nights, but obviously, we left the apartment the morning after. I messaged the landlord and told her about the situation, but she ignored my messages. We booked another apartment for the rest of our holiday, which meant an extra cost. No refund for the 2 nights spent in another apartment. Please do not make the same mistake we made! There are photos attached about the apartment and our second booking as proof :( We were supposed to spend 3 nights. We arrived on 21 and you see in the photo that we booked another apartment for the other 2 days..

😊: Location was perfect for my event at Cité de Congress. It is at walking distance of some city attractions and the railway station. The room itself is nice and I could tell it was carefully cleaned.. 😢: You need to log in to a third party system (passpass) in order to check in and out. The instructions came only at exact first minute of the check in, which made me anxious. Although advised not to use external means of communication, you have to do it, but eventually it works and seems reliable. Although the room was clean, the corridors outside were not. There was always a smell when I came back to the room, coming from the toilet or drains, some insects as well, as it was worm and I needed to keep the windows opened..

😊: It was funny to look for the keys.
