The listing mentions a sofa-bed and an oven, but in reality there is only a regular sofa that does not open into a bed, and there is no oven — only a microwave. The apartment is definitely cramped for two people and is not suitable for older guests, as the staircase leading to the apartment is extremely steep and narrow. In addition, the bed is located above the wardrobe and can only be accessed by a steep and narrow ladder without armrests. Communication with the with the owner’s representative was difficult and time-consuming; for example, we had to ask several times for additional bed linen. There were also very few toiletries provided for a longer stay. A lot of things seemed to be arranged around charging extra fees, for example early check-in and late check-out were only available for an additional charge. It also seemed that no one had cleaned under the sofa cushions, and the interior was quite worn, with scratches on the walls, a broken corner of a shelf, and other signs of wear.
