SEASIDE VILLA. PRIVATE SEA ACCESS. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS

Villa is very comfortable and well laid out. Every bedroom had air-con and beds were reasonable. Easy access to sea for swimming off the rocks. Bit surprised got charged for sheets and towels with no maid. Owner very friendly and helpful. Nigel

We had a wonderful week in this house. It’s spaciuos and modern and has all the equipment you would like for a relaxing holiday! The location is just superb and the fact that you have your own private “beach” is just lovely. The owner is very helpful and gave us a lot of tips of what to see and do in the area. The village of Erbalunga has a lot of charm and I would recommend everyone to go here. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My wife and I together with two of our grown up children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It is spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the sea. The terrace is great for dining and relaxing and the rhythmic sound of the waves on the rocks below is very calming. We really appreciated the convenience of being able to walk down a few steps to a private swimming area off the rocks into warm and clean water. I understand that this is the first year that the house has been let out, so although all fixtures (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) are provided there are some finishing touches and a bit of maintenance that are needed. We soon overlooked these however due to the beautiful location and airiness of the house . It was so nice that we didn't explore the local area perhaps as much as we should have. Erbalunga is a very pleasant fishing village a few minutes drive away with restaurants, a supermarket and a very good bakery that bakes though out the day until 8.00pm! We would very much like to return to the house. Mark B
