The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped and everything works. We had no use of the balcony and there was some noise during the day because of building works. However, Jennifer had given us ample warning and we came to a satisfactory agreement.

The condo is stunning and we enjoyed a warm welcome, overview of the condo and area and great suggestions from our host

The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the photos - modern, well designed and decorated and everything worked efficiently. We found Jennifer's introduction to the apartment and the area very helpful. There's a fairly noisy road on the sea-side, but that is more than made up for by the sublime views, particularly at sunrise and sunset. It is about a 10 minute walk to central Menton which is full of great restaurants (our favourite was Bistrot des Jardins) and an excellent base for exploring this corner of France. We mostly used trains to get around and, if you like walking, would particularly recommend the walk around St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. We had a fabulous week here :)

It was beautiful, comfortable for everyone with well equipped kitchen. The host was kind and friendly while informing us of the surrounding area.The stay was magical.

Immaculate, modern, superbly equipped apartment with a stunning view from a large balcony. Fantastic location with easy access to Menton and surrounding areas. Jennifer is an excellent host, very welcoming and accommodating.

I felt very comfortable, safe, and secure here. Top-notch kitchen and bathroom. The views, especially of the sun rising each day, were spectacular. And Jennifer couldn’t have been warmer and kinder. Highly recommend.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dans cet appartement aussi superbe et confortable que les photos de l'annonce. Les hôtes sont attentionnés, soucieux que nous passions un excellent séjour. Et c'est bien ce que nous avons vécu !

Die Wohnung ist großartig! Die Vermieterin ist so nett 😘! Wir sitzen abends gerne draußen, da war es sehr laut , die strasse sowie das meer sind direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ! Aber der Ausblick ist so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt
