Secluded, Exclusive spacious villa with private heated pool, full air-con, Wi-Fi

The host was availing immediately when we needed him. The villa was as descried & very comfortable & convenient.

The pool and the entire area were beautifully maintained with many lounge chairs and there was an attached patio with a dining table plus 8 chairs with a spotless grill. The porch in the front of the house had many large pots filled with flowering plants. The whole house was very clean & decorated with wonderful African art along with stylish & colorful prints. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with every appliance a cook might require. The bathrooms were never short of hot water & the pressure was more than adequate . I would highly recommend this house.

We stayed here for a week in September 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa and pool were of the highest standard and the location set amongst vineyards and olive trees was very relaxing. It is close to both Carcassonne and Narbonne and there is a Carrefour in the near by town of Rieux Minervois.

We, four adults and a nine yesr old, stayed at this lovely property one week in August. It was a week of extreme heat and the pool was well used whilst the aircon kept us cool indoors. The house is large and very clean with beautiful views over olive trees and vineyards with mountains in the back ground. The kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of books and boardgames for evening fun. The owners are very nice and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. There are lots of wine tasting/buying opportunities in the area and many little cute villages to explore nearby. All in all we had a perfect weeks hol.

This is a beautiful villa within easy access to all the lovely places to visit in the area. The villa was spotless and the pool lovely ( although access is difficult for people with mobility issues, very steep steps with no rail). The downstairs en-suite bedroom is ideal as it has a walk in shower. The local area has some very good restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend. 5 stars.

This villa was the best we have ever stayed in, it exceded our expectations .we had a really relaxing time riding the bikes(provided) playing pool(in the games room).The upstairs bedroom will take your breath away.Every morning we walked to the bakers for our baquettes.Icannot recommend this villa or the hosts enough.

Nous avons adorés notre séjour sur place. La maison est super bien équipée et les charmants propriétaires étaient toujours dispo pour répondre à nos questions ! La région est un trésor en centres d'intérêts : culture / mer / montagne / nature / culinaire donc chacun peut y trouver un centre d'intérêt. La piscine fut fort bien appréciée par chacun vu les fortes températures ! Le seul point que nous pouvons soulever ne dépends pas du propriétaire mais de la rigueur des locataires précédents à savoir le fait de bien traiter/nettoyer les objets du ménage tels que barbecue ou douche ou sel dans le lave vaiselle. Il faut toujours entretenir une maison de location comme si c'était sa propre maison ! Merci bcp aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur assistance lors de notre séjour. Un séjour 5 étoiles ! Très agréable, vaste. Piscine superbe. Air climatisée partout, dans chaque chambre, dans l'aire principale (cuisine/salon) et chambre de lavage/jeux. Très confortable, très belle sélection de romans et DVD malheureusement la grande majorité en anglais. Service attentif pour l'entretien de la piscine. Manque, cependant, des miroirs dans 2 des 3 salle de bain/douche (un peu compliqué pour se faire la barbe le matin). Propriété bien sécurisée (volets motorisés partout, système d'alarme, portait d'accès verrouillable). Nous avons bien aimé, ma famille et moi, notre séjour dans cette belle villa.
