😊: Comfortable apartment that's well equipped. Great location in the city centre about a 20 minute flat walk to the train station and, close to everything.. 😢: Communication from the host was non-existent once you arrived. We checked in on a Sunday and offered chilled wine on arrival (in 2 earlier communications). No wine was left in the fridge and as this was offered we didn't purchase anything and unfortunately shops cannot sell alcohol on Sunday..

😊: Its location is perfect, next to tram stop, a market across the street, many cafees and restaurants around. The balcony at the flat is very cosy, looking to the inner court full of trees. Its quit and very cosy....

😊: Just back from a really enjoyable trip to Grenoble staying in this lovely apartment. It’s clean, modern, warm & comfortable & in a great location for exploring the city. It’s really well equipped with everything you need for your stay & the balcony is a lovely added bonus. Simon (the owner) communicated clearly & swiftly & the instructions for entering the apartment were easy to follow. There’s a supermarket literally across from the entrance to the apartment & lots of cafes, bars & restaurants in less than a 5 min walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the following on our stay btw. Great pizza & a friendly atmosphere at reasonable prices. La Pizzeria des Halles - Restaurant italien en hyper centre de Grenoble. A lovely French restaurant with a nice atmosphere & a really friendly waiter who speaks several languages too. 😊: Really superb location in the old town. ! minute walk to nearest Tram stop, Trams in Grenoble are an excellent way to get around, to note Taxis proved difficult to get hold of. Another general Grenoble point, the Actibus to and from town is excellent and at 60E pp much cheaper than a taxi would be - not that there were any taxis at the airport when we arrived, nor the train station when we reached there. Lots of excellent local restaurants nearby and supermarket across the road from the entrance open all day until 20:00. Plus lots of coffee, croissant and cake places for breakfast. The accommodation itself was clean and cosy and well decorated; (tall) teenage daughter used the sofa bed in the living room, it was comfy enough. Well stocked kitchenette had everything we needed and bathroom was good. We didn't get to use the balcony or garden (cold and rainy), but I imagine that these would both be really nice in the summer - the apartment/balcony faces west and even in winter if the sun is shining gets really warm and toasty in the afternoon. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney etc. The Host was super easy to get hold of and very helpful with questions etc. Would definitely stay again. 😢: Nothing really - there was nothing we needed that we didn't have. Possibly is being super picky the towels and spare bedding were a bit rough and could be refreshed and a couple of cushions had pen marks, grubby bits on them - but that is being very picky and nothing was dirty - the apartment was very well cleaned..

😊: Central location, big space and nice terasse. The apartment was very well equipped and pretty new.. 😢: The place was not well cleaned, there were stains from previously placed objects (e.g. mug stain on bed side table), in the bathroom, the toilet had stains/residues from being cleaned with a dirty sponge and a very dirty sponge was left in the kitchen. The carpet in the living room was also pretty dirty, I frankly did not appreciate the level of hygene in the apartment. The bed sheets were not ironed and the towels in the bathroom had some stains. It was clear that cleaning was not made by professionals and for such a business cleaning with house vinegar (I might be wrong but this is my suspicion) is not enough....
