Secured Private Domain, Amazing Cannes Bay View, Close to Beach,Tennis Court,CA

Beautiful villa in a great location with beautiful view over the see. Our stay was comfortable, easy, and ideal for a large group. We were also taken away by the incredible direct view of Cannes Bay. Both the house and the garden/pool are spacious. The surroundings are very quiet. If you are looking for a peace and quiet place, close to nature, yet not too far from the sea, this is the place! There are lovely areas for everyone to have space to enjoy being together or to sit quietly and enjoy solitude. The pool, garden, play areas are superb. The house is very well appointed, the kitchen has plenty of everything you could need, the furnishings are beautiful and in excellent condition and the beds are very comfortable. Kid friendly house with great seating area beside the pool where most of our time was spent. The house exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jean Pierre we had a great time :)

The villa has all you could ask for. lovely infinity pool with stunning views. the owners and agent were all very helpful. We had a great week (needed longer really as there was so much more we wanted to do and see!) Lake Cassien is well worth a visit for Kayaks and pedalos.

Magnifique hautement recommandé, tres bon accueil. La maison est parfaite, tres bien equipée. Tres calme sans vis à vis. Chacun a pu garder son intimité. Nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances.

A great place to stay in a beautiful area. Fully-equipped and spectacular view. Great location. The house has everything, including an infinity pool and wide terasses. The owner was welcoming and accomodating. We all loved it!

The villa was very clean, functional and modern, with good sized rooms (particularly kitchen and lounge) and plenty of communal space and garden. Very nice swimming pool with overflowing Super confortable beds. All communication and questions have been answered promptly. Amazing view ! Villa California is paradise on earth! I highly recommend

On a passé un magnifique moment dans cette propriété à coté de Canne, Mandelieu et Fréjus. La maison est vraiment superbe. La piscine est magnifique avec une belle vue mer. Les enfants ce sont régalés. Assez de place pour ce détendre, avec des chaises longues et grandes terrasses. Les lits et les matelas sont vraiment très agréable. Grand séjour. A renouveler

We spent a week in this superb villa located in a private gated community in the town of Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel. Location is within minutes of beach and hiking trails. Villa is very comfortable, very well kept, offers plenty of space (2 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a separate 1 bedroom apartment on the lower level), superb views of the mountains and the Bay of Cannes and the pool is absolutely marvelous. We will go there again soon! Highly recommended!
