My husband and I just enjoyed a week at this apartment in Paris. Everything was well appointed with many restaurants, cafés, and bakeries to be had all within a short walking distance. We enjoyed the residential feel of the neighborhood and could be in the heart of the fun of Paris neighborhoods in a short time. François and Loui were very accommodating and attentive to any need we had. I would certainly recommend a stay here!

We loved it here. It had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer combo unit, and the location is great. A block away is the boulangerie, fromagerie, two small grocery stores, butcher who also sold cooked rotisserie chickens, pharmacy and more. We felt like true Parisians. Two sinks in the bathroom and separate WC made getting ready very efficient. The true king size bed was very comfortable, although it meant space in the bedroom is tight; basically just enough room for one person to walk around the bed. The airflow through the apt was amazing; kept us cool even on 85+ degree days (although no screens on the windows, typical for everywhere in Paris, meant a few flies). At night we closed and locked the shutters but kept the windows open and it kept the temperature comfortable for sleeping. The arrangements were made by a property manager who is American but lives in France, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive. The actual owner met us when we checked in, and not only showed us how everything worked, but walked us a half block to the corner cafe and introduced us to the people there (amazing risotto for dinner). The only thing to be aware of is that you are on the ground floor; when you have the shutters and windows open, you can be seen from other apts, the courtyard and even people walking by on the sidewalk if they happen to look (no one seemed to). This didn’t bother us. A huge bonus was the lightweight robe and slippers that were provided!

Met by the charming Françoise and given a comprehensive overview of the apartment and the operation of the various facilities. We we also given a mini tour of the vicinity and the various shops and bars. The apartment is what you see in the on site photos and is very comfortable in a non tourist area. Bed is very comfortable and an easy 10 min walk to the Rue Moufftard market street which is well worth a visit. Loui was also very helpful and is always available to assist with any problem that may arise. A fine parisian stay.

Nice apartment in a great location. Everything needed is just a few steps away and the Jardin des Plantes is right there and a nice place for an evening stroll.

Francoise is an artist and her paintings adorn the walls of this beautifully designed apartment. Seemingly every amenity is provided, including a bottle of champagne. Francoise makes a personal visit to the apartment to answer any questions. Loui, the manager, answers all questions with promptness and kindness. The apartment is in the fifth arrondissement in the Latin Quarter. I loved the location. A boulangerie a few steps from the apartment provided the best bread. I was able to walk to many of the major sites and you can easily walk to a Metro station. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment for your stay in Paris.

By far this was our best apartment rental in Paris. The location is convenient for accessing Metro and the Gares. Spacious, well-designed and quiet, Francoise's apartment has everything one needs. This was an excellent choice!

We enjoyed the lovely place with all its amenities and additional touches, wine, champagne, and much more. Being in an artist’s home, sorrounded by amazing paintings was such a pleasure. Location is also very convenient, close to several metro line stations, and for walkers like us, easily got to Ile de la Cite, Louvre, and much more. Highly recommended.
