\"Séjour de rêve\" au Bois-Plage en Ré

We’ve stayed two years in a row and have enjoyed it very much.

The apartment was beautifully and tastefully appointed with quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. It was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving. It was situated in a small street which though busy during the day was quiet at night. The proprietor was very pleasant and keen for us to enjoy our stay. The daily market was 5 minutes walk and the nearest beach was about 15. There was free parking 1 minute's walk. The WiFi was patchy, but as we weren't working It wasn't a problem. It was a lovely apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment on Île de Ré, which exceeded our expectations in terms of space and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. We would definitely return in the future. The only small drawback was the mattress on the double bed, which was a bit firm for our taste as Brits who are used to softer beds. However, this minor detail wouldn't deter us from staying here again. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, tout est fonctionnel, les 2 salles de bains apportent du confort. Bien situé à proximité des commerces et du marché. Local vélo très pratique pour profiter des nombreuses pistes cyclables

A delightful few days courtesy of Mme Fraboulet, who gave us everything we’d need and provided a clean and comfortable place to stay. The apartment is airy, spacious and carefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need. We loved it and look forward to our return.

The house is very clean with large heated rooms, and an indoor bike parking/storage in the first floor. All the rooms are upstairs. I enjoyed the firm queen-mattress. The house is centrally located in Le Bois-plage-en-Ré. Mrs Josette was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. We were so happy spending most of our days outdoors riding our bikes from village to village and eating out that we didn't have a chance to miss not having internet. We would love to come back to Île de Ré and stay there again. Next time we'll make sure to arrive to La Rochelle on a weekday and early enough to catch the bus which is very affordable, 3 Euros, instead of paying 80 Euros for a taxi ride (unfortunately some people take full advantage of tourists). Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine dans cet appartement propre et spacieux. Il est en plein cœur de Bois plage et central sur l'île. Il y a possibilité de se garer au pied du logement pour décharger ou charger la voiture, ce qui est très pratique. Pour le stationnement, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place sur un petit parking juste à côté. Il n'y a pas de balcon mais les fenêtres de la pièce de vie donnent sur le joli jardin de la propriétaire. Celle-ci est fiable et très aimable.

This place can't be beat. It has a wonderful location near the market, bike rental shops, grocery store, and restaurants. Quick ride to the beach and easy access to bike trails. The place is huge. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, mixer, bowls, etc. There is laundry, both washer and dryer. Items are in great condition. We had small children with us and they had everything we needed for them, highchair, bed, bath, and even some toys. But one of the best things was the owner. She's like your sweet grandma and is extremely welcoming. She's very communicative, friendly, and helpful. The closest bus stop is marche. We definitely would stay again and we recommend this place.
