😢: We were extremely disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this property, particularly to families with young children. Shortly after checking in, our 10-month-old developed multiple bites, and after leaving the property and showering her at our new accommodation, we found a flea on her. We immediately raised our concerns with both the property and Booking.com. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to contact the owners directly, we received no response. In addition, the property did not have functioning air conditioning as advertised, which made the accommodation very uncomfortable. As a result of these issues, we felt the property was not suitable or safe for our family and had to incur the additional expense of booking alternative accommodation at short notice. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication from the hosts. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, but ignoring guests when serious concerns are raised is unacceptable. I hope the owners address these issues so that future guests do not have a similar experience..

😊: Excellent convenient location near train and tram and carrefour city, but quiet street and peaceful stay. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable sleeping. Host extremely helpful and responsive, even in misdt of his own difficult circumstances. Many thanks for a great stay..

😊: Close to the station. 😢: Lack of response from the owners/agents. The bathroom had black mould and there was not any handwash throughout the place, only a small piece of used soap in the shower. The pillows, sheets and covers had the smell of someone's body odour, like the place had not been cleaned or changed, only remade. One of the towels had a wet rag smell..

😊: It was close to the train station and had all the things in the kitchen you need.. 😢: The place had a musky smell and the neighborhood (no fault of the accommodation) felt a bit unsafe at night for us.
