We felt very much at home! Whenever we needed anything, the Guest Ready team were always on hand. The only thing I have to criticise is the front door – it’s very hard to open and caused us some problems.

: Brilliant flat! It’s been ages since I’ve had a stay like this! A spotlessly clean flat, in a great location, absolutely lovely and really well fitted out – top quality all round! We’re counting on them to keep it this way! I’ll be back! The staff were really brilliant and friendly – honestly, nothing to complain about! Thank you all! Perhaps some better instructions on how to open the front door, as it was a bit tricky

Perfect, just as described, ideal for a weekend in Paris.

The place was great. I loved the immediate support they provided when I had a problem with the door; they really took care of the situation with clear video instructions. We had a few very minor issues that are worth mentioning, so they can improve next time: there was only one tea towel, no cleaning cloths, there was a non-induction frying pan that didn’t work on the hob – it took us two hours to figure that out – and the coffee capsules didn’t work in the Nespresso machine, so it’s just a bit of a gimmick. there were only two rolls of toilet paper for four people for three days; we ran out and had to buy more, leaving the pack we’d bought in the flat.

The flat was exactly as described, with very comfortable beds. The location is ideal for getting around by metro and is very quiet. There’s a grocery shop just 10 metres away. One minor downside: we couldn’t get the TV or the coffee machine to work (a problem with the pump), but that didn’t stop us from having a lovely stay. I’d recommend this flat.

Good accommodation and very friendly hosts. Unfortunately, the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time in Paris. The apartment is fantastic: well located, quiet, and well equipped.
