Great place for a few days in Lille - central location; close to the railway stations + subways, quiet at night even though in the town centre and had comfortable amenities. Only minus point was that the washroom could have been cleaner. Overall, nice experience and will recommend for a short stay.

The room photos may misguide you. We stayed 2 adults and 2 children. The bed for the kids were a sofa bed. One pillow was missing and room condition was fair. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel that provides cap park space. But hotel said parking spaces are full and guided me to the same underground parking space with paid option. Evenif, there were some minor issues like mentioned above, in terms of location and price it is can be preferable for short stays.

Functional but outside it was very windy and apartment was therefore cold. Place was clean but had to wash some cutlery. Sofa was a extra bed anit was not very comfortable to sit on. The cover was grubby as well

The apartment hotel is in a tall block part of the Lille Europe complex. It was usefully right next door to the Westfield Shopping Centre and Carrefour. The staff were very nice and tolerated our attempts at French. The room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, with the toilet discoloured with limescale and the cracked basin draining very slowly. The bed was comfortable although an extra pillow would have been useful. Ear plugs would have been useful as there was a continuous hum from the Westfield Centre air conditioning plant and noise from the station. Also the room fridge compressor was a little noisy, no problem if you were asleep but not if you were struggling to do so. Wifi was good. We didn't use the TV because it had only French language channels. The kitchen equipment is basic but functional. Overall not the best of stays but you get what you pay for.

I booked this property for my first time visit to Lille for Christmas and it turned out a disaster. Frankly, this has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a property, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special Christmas break. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Let me outline the issues clearly: - Misleading Room Representation: The rooms offered are nothing like the ones offered on Expedia (I've attached pictures of what we were given and what you have listed on Expedia). This clearly is false advertising and the condition of the room was well below expectations. To the point we had to change rooms 4 times until we were given an acceptable room. - Unhygienic Conditions: The toilets in the first three rooms were filthy beyond belief. I would not even feel comfortable using them. Again, photos attached for your reference. - Parking Disaster: Parking is also advertised on Expedia and even though we messaged your team via Expedia saying we needed parking when your automatic email was sent after a booking is made and had no reply. When we turned up at your property, we were just told it was full, meaning the only option is to pay 30 euros a day parking in the mall next door. This means the total cost of our stay will be around 90 euros. The price of parking is way way way more expensive than your room. We spoke to your reception about this, they just said we should have told them. Hot water issue as well!!!

Location was/is excellent, right on top of the biggest shopping mall I've ever seen in my life and a short walk from the older parts of the City, which are lovely. Apartment was basic, it's not plush but it was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay.

The apartment is comfortable and clean. We didn't do any cooking, but I think the facilities were adequate for simple meals, and fine for light breakfasts. The location is very good, close to both stations and walking distance to Vieux Lille.
