😊: The appointment was well equipped, comfortable and clean. You could walk to bars/restaurants and supermarket in 5 minutes and up the hill into the old town (highly recommend) in 20/25 mins.. 😢: We couldn't get the washing machine to work but it was no big issue. The type of accommodation means you can hear neighbours coming and going a bit but to be expected..

😊: Despite being more than 30 years old, the building is well looked after (it isn't always the case in Briançon), and the communal spaces are very clean. The apartment is under the roof but it doesn't cause any noise issue under heavy rain. The doors and windows also block out noises very well. As often with booking.com, the photos on the ad made the flat look a bit bigger, but on this instance, although smaller in real life, it was better. The flat feels cosier and more homely than the photos suggested. It's a very nice place to spend time in, not just come back to sleep in. The bedroom is actually big enough for 2 small children to play in, and the bed and pillows are comfy. So is the sofa in the lounge, although we did not use it for sleeping. On the facilities front, the wall mount for the shower head was much too low, and I find the kitchen sink a bit small. There's no draining area for pots and pans either, but there is a very good dishwasher. I guess kitchen space won't matter to all, but bear in mind there is no oven (the microwave works fine though). The television is a FireTv and will only give you access to most apps if you have an Amazon account (I don't). I was so happy here that I tried to extend my stay by two nights, but the flat was rented again after my week long stay. With its town centre location with free parking, its position on the top floor, its homely feel and balcony, I wouldn't hesitate coming back for two weeks.. 😢: My only real issues were with a missing bath plug and missing can opener, which the owner kindly brought to me on his return to Briançon. I have to say he was extremely nice, helpful, and always on hand when I messaged him. Big thanks to you Gregory..

😊: Location was super close to the ski lift and shops. The ski storage area was perfect. The flat was well equipped with all essentials including cleaning equipment etc. Super easy to check in and the owner was quick to respond on any comms. Really nothing to fault!.

😊: Small apartment but very well equipped. Location very close to the prorel lift, ski rental and pass offices. Free parking available. Good accessibility without going through the town center. Very helpful owner.. 😢: Nothing..
