SETE, villa classée 240 m2, à 50 mètres de la plage,1ère ligne mer, piscine

Great location for the beach. Very spacious house but a few problems weren’t sorted that well. The property wasn’t ready when we arrived 4.5 hours after check-in and the host tended to come and spend an hour hours sorting things out including watering plants inside and out when he was sorting out problems. The shower in one room smelled in the morning for a week and we were eventually asked to put a circle is something over the drain to stop the smell! Over priced

This home is amazing! Jean Luc met us day one and helped us settle in, he explained the wifi, nearby places to eat. We were there for Bastille Day and the best place in Sete to watch the fireworks was right from our balcony! The home large and airy, very well equipt with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The glass doors open fully so you feel like you are extending the inside to the outdoors. The location can't be beat. a path right beside the house leads to the beach. Right on the bike path (there were 5 bikes in the shed for us to enjoy), and only a 15 min bike ride into the harbor. The views are breathtaking. Even a koi pond. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you jean Luc!

This is a lovely property in a great location, very close to wonderful beach and plentiful restaurants and bars, easy to get to shops especially with the onsite bikes, and not over busy would recommend to all, Jean-Luc and Denise were very courteous.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic villa. The owners, Jean Luc and Denise, couldn't have been more helpful, answering questions in advance of our stay and even picking us up from the train station when no taxis were available. The villa is truly stunning with airy open plan living, a lovely pool with a small private garden and a large balcony. Two suggestions for improvement would be a couple more sun loungers by the pool and a proper shower with a screen over the bath in the second ensuite. The bikes were handy for popping to the boulangerie and the supermarket, but could do with servicing. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance but the best ones we tried were a bit further away, especially Le Petit Bistro. We really enjoyed our week of luxury in this lovely part of France and would certainly return. Merci beaucoup Jean Luc & Denise!

We had a great stay in the villa. Jean Luc was very helpful in answering all questions to help us plan and get ready for our trip, and available if needed when we were there. We gave a cash deposit on arrival, to cover any breakages, which was returned to us before we left. The villa is in a great location, by the beach, which made it easy to pop in and out for swims. The pool was great for chilling and there were loungers on the deck and on the upstairs balcony.. There are beach cafes/bars close by, and we were lucky enough to enjoy Bastille Day fireworks on the beach, which were amazing. There was air con in the bedrooms and upstairs lounge area, which was much appreciated; bedrooms were comfortable and free from street noise, and bathroom facilities were plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything needed for cooking and dining., and the villa felt spacious for the seven of us who went. Supermarkets are a five minute drive away, and Sete was ten minutes away, with some good restaurants. The area feels vibrant, but the villa was a tranquil escape, and the beach never felt too crowded.

Thank you Jean-Luc and Denise, we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house in Sete. We appreciated your assistance with taking us to the local supermarket when we arrived and also taking us to the train station on our last day. The house and facilities were perfect and the location outdoor not be better, just 50 metres from the beach. We will definitely return again some time in the future. 😀 Steve & Lorna Musson. This is the second time we’ve stayed in jean luc’s villa. He’s a great and accommodating host. The villa is big and clean and as it looks in the pictures. The location is amazing - two mins to the beach if that. Overall a brilliant place to stay.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Sete! The owners were extremely nice, helping and supporting our stay. Thank you so much! The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen equipment is amazing; you can find all you need and more. The bedrooms are beautiful and big and we got plenty towels. The terrace is spacious and has an amazing view over the green garden and sea. I honestly can't say anything negative about this place and these hosts. You really made our stay the best it could have been and much better than our expectations!
