This is a fantastic property with all you need - a great pool and seating area on one side and a fabulous terrace with sea views the other. It is very spacious and modern inside. It is located by a train line and busy'ish road which adds noise when by the pool - but nothing too intrusive but worth considering. The agents in Sete - Sun Sea and Sete are very good and supportive - providing mobile numbers to support your stay. Alexandra was very helpful and responded immediately to questions and found quick solutions. I am burying this comment here in the hope that this review is not taken down. Do not book this property via this web site - they will charge you 12 percent in addition to the rental fee - go straight to Sun See and Sete and avoid this rip off fee. The bungalow is located a good 45 minute walk into town - we hired bikes for our family of 4 - the agents helped with this - there is a cycle path up to a point and then it is on roads into the centre - we cycled on the foot paths in town as my youngest is 7 - but the French are much more tolerant of cyclists than the Brits. Again it is a cycle on some roads to get to the beach but not all the way there and it was not a problem for our 7 year old. It is an easy bike to get to the station with loads of trains stopping at local places. If you are looking to stay in or go for trips out this is a very good location. We enjoyed doing both and buying great fresh food and using the BBQ on the terrace with lovely night time views of the lagoon.
