😊: Heated towel rack, and accommodation is on the ground floor.. 😢: Apart from maintenance issues like a toilet that didn't flush, terrible drain smell and lamp shades missing, there was no visible WiFi code... Towels and bed linen had to be paid for extra (never happened before during our 2 months trip!) but on arrival bed wasn't made, this you had to do yourself. Towels were old and smelled as soon as they were used. Bed uncomfortable with big and hard pillows... A deposit of €300 had to be paid in advance...Again, we have never been asked this before during our travels. BUT!! Our main complaint is the person who deals with the money-side of things. We had paid for the linen in advance, yet were asked to pay again after we had already left....Had to send a screenshot to prove we had already paid. We also had to ask 2x to get our deposit of €300 back when 11 days later, it was still not returned. We communicated through booking.com, but this person wasn't responding through this official channel but by text to our phone... Eventually we got our deposit returned. Shonky buisiness. Avoid!.
