😊: Close to all the attractions in Treport. The rooms were large and well-enough equipped for one night. We managed to park 50 meters away for free, within sight of the front door. The kitchen was quite good although we had to hunt for the cups, plates and glasses. There was a washing machine also, but we didn't need to use it.. 😢: We hadn't received the message telling us the code number for the key safe at the front door, and got no reply when I rang the hostess. A text message did get us access soon after. If you book, make sure you ask for the code before your arrival. The only toilet was broken. The seat was barely attached and the cistern would not stop running. Fortunately it had a shut-off valve on the filler pipe, so after flushing you had to manually refill the cistern, then close the valve. The kitchen window looked out onto the adjoining flat roof of an adjacent building. When opened, you got the sight of a dead seagull. There was food left in the fridge from previous guests. Whilst I hate wasting food, there's no need for that. I would have pointed these deficiencies out but we had no contact with the owner during our stay..

😊: Comfortable bed, clean apartment. Excellent kitchen.. 😢: No WiFi and the TV didn't work. Lucky don't need any of these to keep the kids entertained. The phone network is so poor, the place really needs WiFi! But sadly couldn't even get the TV working. Parking is free outside. But you would be lucky is there is a space free. So no there is not dedicated parking as stated!.

😊: Property was very big and close to the centre, very short walk to restaurants. 😢: Do not recommend if you are on a motorbike, very limited street parking on a steep incline on cobbles, we got very lucky to get a spot. We did get told there was more parking nearby however but would not of felt comfortable with the bikes so far away. Staircase was ropey into the apartment, apartment was abit grubby, beds uncomfy, blinds didn’t work in spare bedroom where we also had to change a lightbulb for them to be able to see..
