good stay, problems we had...<br>#128578; ideal location, close to all amenities. chalet comfortable .Welcome kit was a very pleasant surprise . Good storage for skis, boots etc. Entering through garage was good as we didnt have to traipse through chalet in wet ski gear. Liked having washing machine and dryer in the boot room.<br>#128577; bedroom storage not sufficient really. No wardrobe in bedroom 3 and 4 . no lock on bedroom 3 door.

Morzine as good...<br>#128578; Chalet very clean, comfortable (e.g. all the rooms have bathrooms) and perfectly located for both Summer and Winter activities (2 mins to centre of Morzine so right where all the main lifts go from) The service was really good. Prior to us arriving, there was a lot of communication so that we could make sure we hit the ground running for the holiday (e.g. we had prefilled all the details required for the Multipass, but more generally they introduced themselves as soon as we booked and gave ...<br>#128577; We didn't know that Simply Morzine was an organisation, so weren't expecting all the back-up services (reps etc) that were on offer. So we ended up booking transfers independently when it would have been easier and maybe cheaper to have done the whole thing through Simply Morzine. I'm not sure whether this is a criticism of Simply Morzine's description of the chalet on Booking.Com or of Booking.Com who may restrict what operators can say to avoid leakage to the operator's ...

Perfect location and exactly what...<br>#128578; As advertised, spacious, clean and every room had a bathroom so no arguments over showers!<br>#128577; Can be quite loud outside on a Friday/Saturday night due to the bars across the road but understandable!
