😊: Very helpful, thorough and friendly hostess, comfortable, warm and clean appartement. The indoor parking spot was very useful. Welcome candies, water and coffee/ tea, as well as the beautiful Christmas tree in the living room were very much appreciated..

😢: Very complicated to get the door codes, had to download an app..

😊: The property was finished to a great standard. 😢: The smart lock took sometime to work out so delayed our getting in the road was noisy outside the bedroom until early hours.

😊: Very nice apartment, clean as well. Nice to have a safe parking space and a balcony. Communication with the owner was smooth. To enter the apartment you will get instructions via WhatsApp, which seems complicated at first, but don't be scared of that: it's much easier than it looks a first sight.. 😢: There is no air conditioning (but there are fans), so it can be warm on hot Summer days. The immediate neighborhood doesn't look appealing, but it is very close to the city center (five minute walk)..

😊: Lovely Appartment in the city center, with safe parking garage. Ideal for a one day stop or a few days in Alsace.. 😢: We had a bit of a hassle with the electronic key. But nothing serious..
