Rustige buurt, maar je bent lopend of met de metro heel snel waar je wil zijn omdat het heel centraal ligt.<br>#128577; Het is een ouder gebouw, dus de wc op de kamer werkt niet volledig, waardoor je vaak naar de gedeelde wc op de gang moest.
