Softwave Wellness Home strasbourg with garage included

😊: The spa was fun, the sofa was comfortable.. 😢: The building smelled of smoke which leaks into the apartment, lack of utensils, no tea/coffee even though there’s a coffee machine, scuffs and marks everywhere and not very clean, bad bedding and one flat pillow each. Spa is fun but took ages very long time to fill up..

😊: location is goof to go to city center. 😢: We were disappointed with our stay, particularly regarding cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment. Upon arrival, we noticed that the beds contained visible hair, and the fitted sheet underneath appeared to have some red discoloration in the middle. The pillows did not have pillowcases and also appeared to contain hair. Overall, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. In the bathroom, there were noticeable signs of limescale and general lack of thorough cleaning, and again hair was present in some areas. Although a whirlpool bathtub is available, it is not practical to use if one intends to shower afterwards, as the hot water supply appears to cool down significantly. The towels provided were present but did not appear fully clean. The furniture in the apartment appears quite worn and of lower quality. There is also a noticeable draft coming in under the front door, which gave an impression of limited insulation. The bedroom window does not seem to provide adequate protection against either noise or outside air, and we were repeatedly disturbed by traffic noise during the night. The underground garage is usable but difficult to access, and our vehicle scraped the ground several times when entering. Instructions for access were provided via images and videos only, which we found somewhat complex and not immediately clear. Overall, while the apartment is usable, our experience regarding cleanliness, comfort, and clarity of instructions was below our expectations, and we would advise future guests to review these aspects carefully before booking..

😊: Breakfast was not included. A monster flatscreen tv with two comfort armchairs with electric adjustments made it to feel like being at a private screening. The hosts responded to a late hour call for help and appeared within 15 minutes.. 😢: There were no kitchen towels..
